Rotting and deterioration without treatment will spread, creating opportunities for infiltration from pests, air, or water, resulting in further structural damage.
There are several different signs to look for if you’re concerned about wood rot that include signs of paint damage, any bubbling, cracking, blistering, or flaking of the wood are big warning signs. If you’re still not sure, Preservan gives free estimates, and we can tell you whether or not your building’s structure has wood rot. Contact us for a quote.
We use Eversesin Epoxy which is an exclusive product line that offers resistance to heat, rot, and chemical applications that other wood filler and binding components deteriorate against. Check out our Preservan Promise page to learn more about our product.
