About the Franchisee

Raised in Jacksonville, Logan Brown has been inspired by historic buildings since attending elementary school at what was then Lola M. Culver, a historic prairie-style building with hints of Gothic Revival. Over the years, he has become a student of historic preservation and modern building science, areas of practice that he admits are similar yet distinct. After spending 14 years and logging 1.5 million accident-free miles as a truck driver hauling cars across the U.S., Logan decided to turn his part-time hobby into a full-time profession.

He now lives in Avondale with his girlfriend, enjoying the charm and challenges that come with owning a 100-year-old house.

" Logan and Robert are probably the finest artisans ever to work on my house since James Graham built it in 1929.( Mr Graham was a master plasterer and the ceilings are exquisitely covered in bas relief.) Logan and Robert have taken amazing care of the spaces in which they have worked. I haven't witnessed such precision, patience, and personal involvement in my 84 years. These two young men could be from another century with their ability. There were areas both inside and out that they have had to deal with. AND WHAT a phenomenal job they did !!!! "
Blair W.
" We had serious wood rot at our 1927 home back door rot as such detached our threshold and extended up the frame, creating an opening to outside elements and pests. Logan cleaned and filled the rot, installed a new threshold, and made a repair that made the back entry look new. Cost was nominal and the work was stellar! Call this company for any repairs; doors, windows, siding, your home will thank you!! "
Jolita B.
" There was very little structure left on the rotted window sill of our 1930's house and I was doubtful that it could be repaired. But, Logan worked his epoxy magic and it now looks and feels better than the original wood! I was also very pleased with the communication I received, the promptness of the estimate and work being scheduled, how long it took to do the repair, the cleanup...every aspect! Plus, Logan is polite, friendly and genuinely dedicated to performing outstanding work. "
